Umeda Sky Building, just north of Osaka. Umeda station is of unique design. The round part at the top is an open air observatory. The Floating Garden Observatory in the Umeda Sky Building was visited in Leg 10 of Amazing Race 12. Great spot for pictures on a clear day.
