There is plenty of wind in the area. The picture is common for some areas in France.
This power generation "farm" is located between Carcassonne and Montpellier on A61.
There is another block of wind generators on the hills close by. They can be seen from the A61 highway when you drive to Carcassonne / Toulouse.
These generators are huge. A firetruck can park underneath. It will not be touched by the turbine. |
