Highway 2 climbing up to Toowoomba. The signs say it's 10% at some places. If you have a powerful car be careful for slow moving trucks and cars in both lanes..

Toowoomba is 1.5 hours drive west from Brisbane. It is located on top of a small mountain range. The real Outback is 9 hours drive west from here as locals told us. In the outback the land is flat, and red..

I, Tim Hart, took this on Easter 2005 of Queens Park in Toowoomba CBD while the Australian Gospel Music Festival is in rear of photo. It attracts 35,000 people yearly. Only the lucky few get a free tent site..
